What photographic skills do you need to work with the MODE360° system?
No special skills are required to successfully use the MODE360° device. Thanks to the MODEViD application and the camera with the Live View function, the operation of the system is intuitive and the user quickly gains experience in photography.
How to install MODE360° device step by step?
Connect your device and camera to your computer using the dedicated USB cables. Then install the MODEViD software and register the license using the attached license codes.

What is the warranty period for MODE360° devices?
Our devices are manufactured from the highest quality components. They also undergo rigorous testing. Thanks to this, we can offer our customers a 3-year warranty period.
After turning on the device, the platform spins endlessly, what to do?
The device must be calibrated.
More about calibration can be found in the download manual in the section “Download MODEViD > Instructions”.
What are the hardware requirements of the computer that will be working with MODE360° devices?
We recommend a computer with the following parameters:
System: WINDOWS 7, 8, 10 or MAC OS X 10.12, 10.13

Where to report a problem with the operation of the MODEViD application?
Please contact us via the Support & Help Desk portal or send an email to support@mode360.eu.
Please attach your application logs to your ticket.
You can generate logs from the application menu “Application > Administrator > Logs”
I bought the MODEViD PRO application. However, the application runs in the BASIC mode, what should I do?
1. Make sure you are connected to the Internet. The PRO license requires connection to the license server.
2. Go to the application menu “Application > Check Application Version”
3. If the application is still in BASIC mode, report the incident through the Support & Help Desk portal or send an email to support@mode360.eu.
I have installed the EasyPhoto / MODEPiX application and it does not work on my operating system, what should I do?
We currently do not support EasyPhoto and MODEPiX applications. They may not work properly on latest operating systems and may not support new camera models. Install the latest version of the MODEViD application, available for download in the section “Download MODEViD > Software”.

How does background removal (BGR) work?
This functionality is fully automatic and only requires the user to set the lighting and shooting parameters. Select BGR mode and start your photo session. The background of the photos will be removed automatically.
What is the Super Focus functionality in the MODEViD application?
In the case of close-up photos, the depth of field is very limited as macro lenses usually have a long focal length and allow you to focus at close range. The functionality of Super Focus allows you to take a photo with a large depth of field.

How much disk space does the 360 presentation take?
The 360° presentation consists of photo files and JS / HTML5 script. The sum of all files will give us the value in bytes of the used disk space. To illustrate, let’s assume that the presentation consists of 60 photos. We can assume that all files will occupy 20 MB of disk space.
How long does it take to make a 360 presentation?
The process of creating a presentation consists of the following steps:
1) taking a series of photos, (for 60 photos it takes about 5 minutes)
2) [optional] graphic editing (time depends on the graphic operations performed)
3) [optional] creating presentation files in the MODELooK creator (for 60 photos it takes approx. 2 minutes)
4) [optional] uploading photo files to the Cloud server www.modeview.com (time depends on internet transfer speed)
